Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager or APM to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of plumbing construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plumbing construction management
• Familiarity with construction management software -  Sage - Procore
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
