Project Manager

Looking for motivated, energetic, Project Manager to join our growing Metal Fabrication shop! 

Looking for the right person who has experience in retail display’s.  This person must be a self-starter, self-motivated, very flexible and willing to do what it takes to get the job done! 

RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

Meet with current customers and potential customers

Lead the planning, implementation of project

Define project task and resource requirements

Plan and schedule project timelines

Assist with Bidding of jobs

Manage project budget

Ensures project meets quality standards throughout build and before shipping to customer

Clearly communicate expectations to team members

Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle

Act as mediator between stakeholders and team members

Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor

All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have general computer experience along with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD

Leadership and Management experience
Experience in scheduling multiple tasks
Strong communication skills
Ability to read and understand blueprints, plans and specs
Associate or bachelor degree in related field and/or 5 years minimum in project management

Understand metal fabrication to include types of metals

This is a full time position that includes medical, dental, vacation and 401K!

Compensation is dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will be asked to sign an Arbitration Provision
