ORAT Project Manager

Job Description

Sunland Group, Inc. is seeking an ORAT Project Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will assist Denver International Airport (DEN) Project Managers with general questions and feedback related to operational readiness and project coordination practices. A successful ORAT Project Manager will support DEN project sponsors and stakeholders in documenting their expectations throughout the project duration. They will be responsible for establishing regular meetings with stakeholders in accordance to the DEN ORAT governance structure, coordinating project activities in conjunction with multiple Project Managers to align activities and tasks from overlapping projects, developing and facilitating project meetings and workshops, and performing site visits and observations to support the aforementioned. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the overall program.

Requirements:

1. • Prior ORAT experience.
   • Experience in airline/airport operations, large scale event planning, or organizational development
   • Experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination with multiple entities such as airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, and contractors
   • Excellent communication skills
   • Experience in training development, operational trials, or simulation exercises to test readiness prior to facility openings
