About
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting cutting-edge scientific instruments to research institutions, laboratories, and industry professionals both within the UK and internationally. This entails developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their scientific goals, and providing tailored solutions that meet their analytical needs. Due to the length of typical sales cycles, patience, curiosity, and excellent listening skills are essential. You will represent the company at conferences, deliver technical presentations, and support marketing initiatives, all while working from the office with periodic travel to customer sites and industry events.
A scientific degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Life Sciences
At least 1 years of postgraduate experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within the scientific instrumentation sector
UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK
Experience or strong technical understanding of analytical scientific instruments is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
