A leading retail group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources Switzerland to oversee all HR operations across its Swiss entities. This strategic and hands-on role is based in Geneva and requires regular travel (approximately two days per week) to other operational sites across Switzerland.HR Manager - Full time roleOur client is an hospitality group.Missions- Talent Acquisition & OnboardingLead end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with department heads. Manage job postings, interviews, contract issuance, and onboarding.- HR Administration & DocumentationDraft and manage employment contracts and amendments.. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee all HR lifecycle documentation.- Payroll & Social SecurityOversee payroll processes for Swiss employees, including monthly salary runs and social insurance declarations (accident, sickness, pension, family allowances). Handle withholding tax filings.- Labor Law & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with Swiss labor law and applicable collective labor agreements. Advise management on legal matters and HR policies.- Time & Attendance ManagementMonitor shift schedules and working time compliance. Support operational teams in optimizing workforce planning.- Employee Relations & SupportServe as the primary HR contact for employees. Provide guidance on contracts, benefits, leave policies, and employment-related queries.- Conflict Resolution & Disciplinary SupportAssist managers in handling employee conflicts and disciplinary procedures. Draft relevant documentation and ensure fair processes.- Performance & Exit ManagementConduct performance reviews and exit interviews. Support dismissal procedures and manage offboarding protocols.- Secondments & Regulatory LiaisonManage employee secondments and coordinate with Swiss authorities for all required notifications and documentation.- HR Strategy & ProjectsContribute to group-wide HR initiatives including digitalization, training programs, and employer branding.Profil du candidat- EducationUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. Swiss HR certification (HR Fachausweis) is a plus.- Experience8 years of HR experience, including leadership roles. Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries is highly valued.- Knowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of Swiss labor law and social security systems. Experience with payroll systems and contract management. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.- LanguagesFluent in French and English.- Soft SkillsExcellent communication, discretion, and conflict resolution abilities.
