We're looking for driven sales professionals with a strong background in F&I (Finance & Insurance), construction/development sales, or other fields requiring sharp financial acumen. The ideal candidate knows how to structure creative financing solutions, maximize profitability through value-added offerings, and guide clients through complex transactions with confidence. You should excel at building relationships, overcoming objections, and navigating compliance requirements-all while delivering a seamless, customer-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting, networking, and outbound sales strategies.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with real estate investors, and other industry professionals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth deal flow from initial contact to funding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting on sales activities and pipeline status.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Austin, TX. Remote candidates will not be considered. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, and occasional evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.

Work Environment
- The majority of the tasks associated with this position will be performed indoors, however, some duties will require the ability to function outdoors with exposure to seasonal weather conditions for short periods of time. Travel is up to 5% of the time.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven customer-facing sales experience with measurable success in meeting/exceeding sales targets. (Experience will be vetted.)
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold-call, and secure new business in competitive markets.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand and discuss ROI, deal structures, and lending scenarios.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work full-time from our Austin, TX headquarters. We have an oustanding culture you will want to be a part of, and this is not a remote role.
