Senior Accountant / Controller

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead general accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support process improvements across the Finance team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical abilities and excellent attention to detail.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and prioritise effectively.
• Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite preferred.
• CPA designation is a strong asset but not required.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis.
• Oversee accuracy and inventory balances per company policies.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules.
• Assist in annual income tax and other regulatory filings.
• Oversee payroll processing.
• Supervise and train accounting staff on full-cycle accounting processes as required.
• Conduct internal controls assessments and risk reviews.
• Support system implementations and process improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.
