A career as a Financial Planning Coordinator in the Wealth Management team at National Bank, will give you the opportunity to show your ability to work in synergy with clients and colleagues. In this role, you will help the Financial Planning Lead by coordinating all planning tasks, documentation, and client deliverables with accuracy and efficiency. This role ensures that financial planning processes run smoothly, enabling high quality advice, clear client experiences, and increased capacity for the planning team.

• Discovery Meeting Preparation & Information Gathering

• Planning Meeting Participation & Documentation

• Documentation, Filing & Digital Profile Management

• Client Onboarding & Workflow Execution

• Cross Functional Support & Collaboration

• Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

Prerequisites:

• College diploma in a related field
• At least 3 year of relevant experience in a related field such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Organizational and priority management skills
