A human-sized site that offers autonomy, responsibilities, and the stability of a large group with real prospects for development, backed by the desire to complete our team, we are looking for a: Quality Engineer: Directly reporting to the process quality and product development manager of the factory, your role will be to assist in managing non-quality in production, as well as in the quality management process for this same scope. Responsibilities: Be a proactive actor in site safety (10%) Develop technically to gain autonomy and quality in decision-making (20%) Structure and improve quality by proposing new tools. Drive change in relation to this (30%) Manage customer non-conformities, at the technical level and related to these (10%) Manage internal non-conformities, according to the (25%) Ensure follow-up of supplier non-conformities (5%) Desired profile of engineer: Confirmed experience in a similar position (minimum 5 years) Sense of teamwork and ability to work in teams Autonomous with responsibilities Organized, flexible Excellent command of French (oral/written), good command of English and/or German (a plus) What we offer: A dynamic and varied position within a large group Concrete projects in the energy transition Stimulating environment and social conditions: to be agreed Activity rate: % jidd7accfbaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
