About

Yellow Duck Technologies is seeking an expert-level Embedded Systems Engineer with 12+ years of experience in analyzing, developing, and leading embedded systems projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in embedded assembly languages such as ARM, PPC, and MIPS, with a strong background in researching and developing within embedded environments like VxWorks, ELDK, or custom operating systems. This role requires technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with customers to define milestones and drive complex tasks to completion. The candidate must be self-motivated, capable of leading teams, and comfortable working on highly technical, mission-driven projects.
Requirements:
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. 12+ years of experience analyzing and developing embedded systems. Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Extensive experience with embedded assembly languages. Proficiency in Python, C, and Assembly (ASM) development. Strong understanding of embedded environments. Familiarity with debugging tools. Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with customers on research initiatives. Experience breaking down complex problems into structured milestones. Self-driven researcher with a track record of successfully completing highly technical, mission-critical tasks.
