Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented *Production Machine Operator* to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Simi Valley, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting daily production targets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with manufacturing equipment and the ability to follow technical documentation while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform basic setup, operation, and routine maintenance of production machinery and test equipment
* Follow job travelers, blueprints, schematics, models, and specifications to complete production tasks
* Troubleshoot machinery that is not performing at optimal levels and assist in resolving issues
* Ensure adequate raw materials are available for production processes
* Perform scheduled equipment maintenance and basic machine adjustments
* Inspect production items to verify they meet required tolerances and quality specifications
* Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to verify product quality
* Maintain accurate production documentation and records
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
* Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
* Experience working with tooling and a variety of production materials
* Familiarity with equipment such as lathes, milling machines, or stamping presses
* Ability to use hand tools and perform basic equipment maintenance
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
* Good verbal and written communication skills
Education
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
* Vocational training, apprenticeship, or technical certification in a related field
* Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

* Do you have experience performing machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting?
* Have you previously worked as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Manufacturing Operator?
* Do you have experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings?
* Are you experienced in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers or calipers?
* Do you have experience using hand tools for equipment setup or maintenance?
* Do you have experience operating equipment such as lathes, milling machines, or stamping presses?
* Do you have experience performing quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances
* Do you have Machine operation experience
* Are you available to work Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (1st Shift)?
* Are you willing to work overtime or weekends if required by production needs?
* Are you comfortable working in a manufacturing or factory environment?
