About
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manufacture cable and harness products according to work instructions and schematics
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, wire lists, and operation sheets
* Verify material identification and maintain traceability throughout fabrication and testing
* Perform quality checks to ensure hardware meets specifications
* Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored per engineering requirements
* Communicate technical issues, inconsistencies, or safety concerns to leads and management
* Support lab fabrication and team-based production activities
*Basic Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of related experience
* Ability to read and interpret engineering work instructions and schematics
* Comfortable with moderate physical work, repetitive tasks, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* 4+ years of related experience
* Technical degree or some college coursework
* Experience with mechanical assembly, electronics testing, and evaluation
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
