For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for an: Assistant Manager Your missions: Assist the property manager to ensure the management and technical oversight of a real estate portfolio on behalf of our owners. Certify a high-quality telephone and face-to-face reception for our owner clients and with the concierges and supervisors for technical issues and invoice management, as well as claims management. Establish leases and amendments related to these and respond to requests regarding the management of rent escalations and reductions. Establish correspondence related to the requests of our clients. Desired profile: Hold a CFC in commercial employment and have confirmed experience (3 years) in a management role for an assistant or technical position. Demonstrate very good skills and appreciation for responsibilities and autonomy. Have a dynamic temperament while justifying good stress resistance. Have an excellent command of French and great comfort with numbers. Master standard tools (Word, Excel). We offer: A modern and pleasant work environment.
