About
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring timely processing and shipment of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and loading. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will directly contribute to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed, meeting performance targets.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring secure and safe transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting throughout the shift.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the logistics industry and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and operate various types of warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial.
