You will be responsible for picking items from inventory and carefully packing them for shipment. Accuracy, speed, and a commitment to Safety are paramount in this position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including frequent Lifting. We provide comprehensive training on our systems and Safety procedures, and all employees are required to wear appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order details.
- Package items securely for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify order accuracy and contents before shipment.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient work station.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Operate packing equipment and tools safely.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing quotas.
- Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting.
