Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina, and be at the heart of our operations! This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and shipped. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks within the fulfillment center, contributing to the seamless flow of **logistics**. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses a strong work ethic, and understands the importance of **safety** in the workplace. You will work with a team to meet daily order fulfillment targets, ensuring that products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Training will be provided on proper handling of goods and the correct usage of **PPE**. This position involves frequent **Lifting** and physical activity. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse efficiency.
- Assist in receiving and stocking of goods.
- Understand and follow **logistics** procedures for order processing.
- Perform **Lifting** duties as required, up to 40 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of **safety** protocols and **PPE**.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** and other physical tasks.
- Familiarity with basic **logistics** concepts is a plus.
