We are hiring a motivated Order Picker to join our bustling warehouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders by locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for picking items for shipment, verifying product codes, and preparing orders for the packing station. A strong understanding of inventory systems and warehouse layouts is beneficial. This position is physically demanding and involves a significant amount of walking, standing, and bending throughout the shift. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is crucial. We emphasize a strong commitment to workplace Safety and expect all employees to adhere to safety guidelines rigorously. This role involves frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs. You will be required to wear provided PPE , including safety footwear and high-visibility vests. Excellent organizational skills are essential for maintaining an efficient workflow. This position is a key component of our overall Logistics and fulfillment process.
