We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory.
- Stocking shelves and organizing warehouse space.
- Picking and packing orders accurately.
- Preparing shipments for delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Operating warehouse equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
