As an Order Picker, you will navigate our warehouse to locate and retrieve specific items, ensuring accuracy and speed. Your primary focus will be on fulfilling orders correctly, which is vital for customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our **logistics** department. - Accurately identify and retrieve products from storage locations based on order slips.
- Use RF scanners to confirm picks and update inventory records.
- Transport picked items to designated consolidation or packing areas.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to ensure **safety** and efficiency.
- Comply with all company **safety** policies and wear required **PPE**.
- Participate in **Lifting** and moving of merchandise, up to 30 lbs.
- Support **logistics** functions by ensuring orders are picked promptly and accurately.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
Prior experience in order picking or warehouse operations is preferred. Ability to read and interpret picking lists and product labels. Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and **Lifting**. A strong commitment to **safety** and the proper use of **PPE** is required. Basic understanding of **logistics** and inventory management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
