Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order fulfillment lists or system prompts.
  • Verify picked items against order details to ensure correct product and quantity.
  • Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, using correct materials.
  • Label packages accurately with shipping information.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and packing area.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or potential hazards to supervisors immediately.
  • Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Be prepared for tasks involving significant lifting and physical activity throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret order documents and product codes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Understanding of logistics processes and warehouse safety protocols.
