Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and accurately put away incoming stock.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and into storage locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and performing significant lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety regulations and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
