About
We are hiring Warehouse Associates for our facility in Cincinnati, Ohio! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks critical to our logistics success, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and fulfilling orders, stocking shelves, and preparing goods for shipment. Your role is essential in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment for our valued customers. We emphasize a culture of Safety, and all associates are required to adhere to strict protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail. Tasks will involve regular standing, walking, and moderate Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Pick and pack items according to customer orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and consolidation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners, as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capacity for physical tasks, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and required PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
