Join our growing fulfillment center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as a Fulfillment Associate! We're looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to play a vital role in our e-commerce logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently, from picking and packing to shipping. Your accuracy and speed directly impact customer satisfaction. This role demands a strong commitment to Safety, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in handling various products. You will be a crucial link in our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items for customer orders using scanners and order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment.
- Operate fulfillment equipment and material handling devices as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards for order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting, typically up to 40 pounds.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and basic logistics workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding and practice of workplace Safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
