About
We are hiring Picker/Packers for our facility in San Antonio, Texas! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with speed and accuracy. Key responsibilities include selecting items from inventory, confirming order details, and packaging them appropriately for transit. This position is vital to our Logistics network, ensuring seamless delivery to our valued customers. The work involves physical activity, including considerable Lifting , bending, and standing. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is paramount, and all employees must consistently use provided PPE . We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess excellent attention to detail, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training. Teamwork and a positive attitude are highly valued as we strive for collective success. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack merchandise carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the picking and packing areas.
- Follow all established Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE .
- Meet or exceed performance targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
