Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Coordinate with transportation and shipping companies to ensure timely deliveries.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols, including the use of PPE .
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all Logistics and company regulations.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.
- Contribute to a culture of Safety and efficiency within the warehouse.
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and Logistics principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with inventory control and management.
- Knowledge of Safety regulations and best practices.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs and wearing PPE .
