Position Summary:
The medical assistant is responsible for providing quality patient care as assigned by professional nursing staff or physicians in the clinic setting.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
High school or equivalent
Completion of a certified medical assisting training course
Minimum Experience
Medical assisting clinic experience preferred
Required Registration/License/Certification
Medical Assisting Certification (CMA, CCMA, NCMA, or RMA)
Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider, or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completes within the first 90 days of employment.
Location: Salina Regional Health Center · LC Family Health Clnc
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, Monday- Friday
