Greets customers, completes information required on all required sales forms (DMV, credit applications, offer to purchase contracts).
Schedules appointments with prospective buyers and responds to direct inquiries.
Job Responsibilities: Complete an extensive training regarding the product line Maintain excellent knowledge of all vehicle makes, models and their features Able to explain and demonstrate vehicle features to customers Greets customers, schedules appointments, return email/voicemail, and other administrative functions to include completing information required on all required sales forms Create the best vehicle buying experience to create lifelong customers Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales What we are looking for: Automotive sales experience is a plus but not xkddfxh necessary for this role Outgoing personality with expertise at developing meaningful relationships with customers Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Professional Appearance If you feel that your skills would be a valuable asset to our customers, and you enjoy helping people, then we want to get to know you!
