2 Years Position Overview
The
Intelligence Content Engineer
serves as a critical liaison and product owner within the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) team.
This role manages the
FINTEL intelligence-sharing platform , ensuring secure dissemination of cyber threat intelligence products across internal and external stakeholders. The position blends: Product ownership Content management Threat intelligence workflow governance Platform administration Quality assurance and release management This is a
high-visibility, mission-critical role
supporting citywide cybersecurity operations. Core Responsibilities Platform Administration
Serve as non-technical administrator of the intelligence-sharing platform Manage onboarding/offboarding of users Administer identity and access controls (RBAC) Provide user training and support Intelligence Content Management Curate and manage intelligence products Serve as final QA reviewer and releaser of CTI products Oversee content metrics and dissemination workflows Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of CTI data Product Ownership & Strategy Manage product backlog Drive roadmap planning and innovation Liaise with vendors (OpenCTI) and internal engineering teams Align product capabilities with CTI operational goals Governance & Workflow Management Manage production and dissemination technologies Oversee policies and procedures Interface with research and development teams Develop and maintain training materials Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher 4+ years Content Management System (CMS) experience 4+ years Product Release / Project Management Experience with Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIP), especially
OpenCTI Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Experience managing publication programs Experience designing data models related to CTI Copy-editing and QA experience Strong stakeholder engagement skills Excellent written and verbal communication Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices Familiarity with STIX, TAXII, MITRE ATT&CK DevOps and modern tech stack exposure API-driven solution familiarity Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.) Ability to obtain security clearance (strongly preferred)
