Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Organize and replenish inventory within the warehouse.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when certified.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- This role requires significant Lifting throughout the shift.
- Experience with Logistics operations is highly desirable.
- Prioritize and ensure high standards of Safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate RF scanners and understand warehouse layouts.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform frequent Lifting up to 55 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
- Must follow all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is a plus.
