You will be involved in a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent Lifting and moving of goods. We maintain a high standard of safety, and all employees are expected to strictly follow safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Perform regular inventory counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Understanding of basic safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Knowledge of logistics is a plus.
