This position is vital to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within our logistics network. As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will span a wide range, including receiving and processing incoming stock, accurately picking and packing customer orders, stocking shelves, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, strict adherence to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. We value individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Experience with warehouse equipment and inventory management systems is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Properly utilize required PPE.
