We are hiring enthusiastic Order Pickers to join our fast-paced logistics operations in Columbus, Ohio. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This involves navigating the warehouse, identifying items using scanning equipment, and ensuring the correct quantity and product are picked. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our distribution center. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain optimal workflow and contribute to a positive team environment. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE, is required. This role involves considerable walking, standing, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial but not required, as we offer comprehensive training.
