This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is paramount. You will be expected to follow all established safety guidelines and utilize the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being and that of your colleagues. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting, often of heavy items, so physical stamina is key. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Stow and organize products within the distribution center.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals within the logistics chain.
- Ensure all required PPE is used correctly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
