We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator in Baltimore, Maryland, to manage and optimize our warehouse operations. This vital role involves supervising the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure efficient **logistics** flow, maintain high levels of accuracy, and promote a culture of **safety** among the team. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, training on proper **PPE** usage, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations. You will be instrumental in improving warehouse efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining a secure and organized workspace. The ability to handle **Lifting** up to 50 lbs is occasionally required. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all warehouse activities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and **logistics** principles.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of **safety** best practices and **PPE**.
- Physical ability to perform **Lifting** tasks as needed.
