Join our fast-paced fulfillment center as a Picker/Packer in Austin, Texas! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, packing items securely for shipment, labeling packages, and preparing orders for dispatch. You will utilize RF scanners to manage inventory and track order progress. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are crucial for success in this position. This role demands efficiency and a strong work ethic, contributing significantly to our overall logistics performance. Safety is a top priority; you will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all warehouse safety procedures diligently. This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent bending, reaching, walking, and lifting items up to 40 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or picking/packing environment is preferred but not required.
