Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Worker in the bustling city of Phoenix, Arizona! This role is the backbone of our distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory within the warehouse, picking and packing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our overall logistics strategy by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all warehouse functions. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; all employees are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure workplace. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, walking, and operating manual equipment. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
