About
Join our team as a Receiving Clerk in Provo, Utah, and play a key role in our warehouse operations. You will be the first point of contact for incoming goods, ensuring that all shipments are accurately documented, inspected, and processed promptly. This position is integral to our logistics chain, maintaining the integrity of our inventory from the moment it arrives. We prioritize a safe working environment, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in managing the receiving dock efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Unloading incoming freight from trucks.
- Verifying received goods against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspecting items for damage or discrepancies.
- Entering receiving data into our inventory management system.
- Communicating any issues or discrepancies to suppliers and internal departments.
- Maintaining an organized and clean receiving area.
- Assisting with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Following all company Safety guidelines.
