Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required for some tasks).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as directed.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50-75 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and proper PPE usage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
