About
We are looking for a dedicated Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our valued customers. Your attention to detail and efficiency are critical to maintaining our reputation for excellent service. You will work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate shipments and manage shipping documentation. Safety is paramount in our operations, and strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE is required. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving logistics operation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Coordinating with carriers for pick-up schedules.
- Ensuring orders are correctly packed and secured for transit.
- Loading shipments onto delivery trucks.
- Verifying outgoing orders against shipping manifests.
- Maintaining accurate shipping records.
- Communicating with customers and internal teams regarding shipment status.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shipping area.
- Following all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Using appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assisting with other warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.
This role involves moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, and occasional Lifting of packages.
