We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is pivotal in the efficient operation of our distribution network, encompassing a range of responsibilities from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipment preparation. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outgoing shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and cycle counting.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Wear appropriate PPE as designated for specific tasks.
- Perform duties that involve significant Lifting, bending, and standing for the duration of the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse machinery.
- Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting and prolonged standing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
