This role is essential for the smooth execution of our warehousing and logistics operations, covering a broad range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, reliable individual with strong physical stamina and a commitment to accuracy. You will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Regular lifting of items, often up to 50 lbs, is a key requirement of this position. Safety is paramount in our facility; therefore, all Warehouse Associates must strictly adhere to all safety regulations and consistently wear the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, gloves, and safety glasses. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is beneficial, and comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe work environment.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and any issues.
- Meet or exceed performance standards for productivity and quality.
