We are looking for a diligent and efficient Material Handler to join our **logistics** team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate movement of materials within our warehouse facility. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, transporting materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical equipment, and ensuring materials are stored correctly and efficiently. A strong emphasis on **safety** and proper handling procedures is essential to prevent damage and injury. You will be responsible for accurate inventory counts and assisting with stocktaking. This position requires physical stamina, as **lifting** of items weighing up to 60 pounds will be a regular requirement. Adherence to all **PPE** requirements, including hard hats, safety vests, and steel-toed boots, is mandatory. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has experience operating various types of material handling equipment. Training will be provided for specific equipment and procedures.
