We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to become an integral part of our **logistics** operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse tasks designed to ensure the efficient flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving and unpacking shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for shipment. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to **safety** are essential for success. You will be required to operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training may be provided), and maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system. This position involves **lifting** frequently, with items weighing up to 50 pounds. Adherence to all **PPE** requirements, including safety shoes and high-visibility vests, is mandatory. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess excellent teamwork skills. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn.
