We are seeking energetic and dependable individuals to join our team as Distribution Center Associates in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient processing and movement of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This position demands a strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a focus on maintaining a safe work environment. You will work within our advanced logistics framework, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Adherence to all Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is crucial. The role involves continuous movement, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity for moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices and PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
