Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse stock according to order sheets or scanner data.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Pack orders with speed and accuracy.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, utilizing all required PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets.
- Follow all logistics and shipping guidelines.
- Utilize proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
