Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is key to ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, from receiving goods to shipping them out. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, all while adhering to strict safety standards and utilizing the appropriate PPE. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic logistics environment are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and RF scanners.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and cycle counts.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting, up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning technology is a plus.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
