Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, managing inventory through accurate stocking and cycle counts, picking and preparing customer orders for shipment, and loading finished goods onto transport vehicles. You will operate various warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure smooth material flow. A paramount focus on Safety is expected; all associates must rigorously follow company Safety protocols and utilize required PPE at all times to maintain a secure working environment. This role demands physical capability, including the ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Precision and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining high standards of order fulfillment and inventory integrity. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, proactive, and can work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in a distribution center or logistics environment is advantageous.
