Become a key player in our operations as a Fulfillment Associate in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is integral to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking items from inventory using RF scanners, accurately packing orders according to specifications, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will also assist with receiving inbound shipments, verifying contents, and stocking merchandise. This position requires a sharp eye for detail to maintain order accuracy and minimize errors. The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting is essential. You will be trained on various aspects of our logistics operations, including inventory control and order processing systems. Teamwork and strong communication skills are highly valued as you collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets. Maintaining a safe work area is paramount; therefore, strict adherence to Safety guidelines and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE is expected. This role involves regular physical exertion, including the capability for Lifting items up to 45 lbs.
