We have an immediate opening for a Fulfillment Associate in our Omaha, Nebraska warehouse. This role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and speed are critical to maintaining our high standards of service within our Logistics operations. Key duties include accurately locating items in the warehouse, verifying order contents, and packaging them appropriately for transit. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves significant Lifting , bending, and standing for extended periods. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is essential, and all employees must consistently wear the provided PPE and follow all safety regulations. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who can work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and locate products for customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify order accuracy before final packaging.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to team efficiency.
