- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order lists or scanner instructions.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology to track picked items and update inventory levels.
- Inspect picked items for damage before placing them in the appropriate staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to warehouse layout standards.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE .
- Meet or exceed established picking performance targets.
- Assist with other warehouse functions as needed, supporting overall Logistics operations.
- Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the picking process.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in order picking, warehouse work, or a related Logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability for regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to consistently wear and utilize all mandated PPE .
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
